Refund policy

Returns

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please email me, Bailey at contact@naturesparadigm.com. In the email please provide your order number which can be found in your original purchase email.

Shipping

Again, to return your product, please send me an email with your order number and then I will provide you with a return address. 

I do not pay for the shipping costs required to return the product back to me. You will be responsible for covering the charge for return shipping. As soon as I receive your item in the mail, I will process your refund. It may take 3 business days for it to be seen in your account. If it is not showing up, please contact me.

 

Damages to products

If any product is damaged when you receive it, please take pictures and email them to me right away so that I can make a claim through USPS. I will also ship out a free replacement and cover the shipping cost as well. Or I can refund the item, whichever you prefer. Hopefully this doesn’t happen though.
